Aruküla manor was a manor in historical Harju-Jaani parish lands in nowadays Aruküla small borough, in Raasiku parish, Harju county. Aruküla manor was established in 17th century as Raasiku manor’s second manor. In 1726. the manor became as a separate state manor. In 1766. Karl Gustav von Baranoff became the owner. Manor´s last owner was Peter von Baranoff. The main house was built in 1820s as onefloor long classicist stone building. In the middle of 19th-20th century the shape of the main building was changed by adding the second floor to the central part, made from wood.
